Mon 29 Jun 2026We recently delivered a joyful and engaging dance and movement session with our senior participants from the Rosa Nosa Foundation as part of our ongoing creative programme in preparation for the Barking and Dagenham Carnival.
The session was filled with energy, excitement and connection, with participants actively engaging in movement, creativity and shared expression. It was inspiring to see such enthusiasm and joy throughout the group, highlighting the positive impact that arts and movement can have on wellbeing and community connection.
