Ukon are absolutely thrilled to have welcomed Joseph Nami and his team from Becontree Forever to our Carnival Costume Mentoring Group to capture something truly special, the voices, stories and experiences of our incredible participants.
Over 12 weeks of hard work, dedication, and creativity, this group has been preparing stunning costumes for the Barking & Dagenham Carnival on 12th July, but it’s about so much more than just costumes.
