The Cultural Halloween Event will not take place in October 2026, but plans are already looking ahead to an exciting return in 2027.
The event is scheduled for Thursday 28 October 2027, from 4pm to 6pm at John Smith House, bringing communities together for an inclusive celebration of culture, creativity and diversity.
More than Halloween
Cultural Halloween goes beyond the traditional Halloween experience. It provides a welcoming space for people of all ages and backgrounds to explore different cultures, discover traditions, share experiences and celebrate what brings communities together.
The event will celebrate the rich diversity of cultural festivals and traditions observed around this time of year, with activities inspired by Day of the Dead and Diwali, the Festival of Lights, alongside storytelling, cultural catwalk displays, steel pan music, dance and more.
Whether you want to discover something new, share your cultural heritage, enjoy the performances or simply connect with people from different backgrounds, there will be something for everyone.
