I’m so proud to be supporting AbPhab Youth Club as my second chosen mayoral charity this year.

AbPhab is more than just a youth club – it’s a safe, welcoming space where young people of all abilities can come together, have fun, build confidence, and feel truly included.

Based right here in the heart of Dagenham, they run fantastic weekly sessions at The Vibe Youth Centre.

From arts and crafts to drama, fitness, cooking, music, and even exciting day trips – AbPhab makes sure that every young person, whether disabled or non-disabled, has the chance to be part of something special.

As someone who’s passionate about inclusion and youth empowerment, supporting AbPhab’s work feels deeply personal. Their dedication to giving every young person a voice and a sense of belonging is truly inspiring.

Over the next year, I’ll be doing all I can to shine a light on their amazing work and help raise the funds they need to keep going strong.
