This week’s Carnival Dance Session with our incredible senior citizens was nothing short of amazing!

With energy, rhythm and a whole lot of joy, they threw themselves into learning some fabulous carnival moves, all while staying healthy, active and full of life!

Can you believe some of our stars are in their 80s and 90s? And every single one of them took part, proving that carnival magic is truly ageless!

We are so excited to see them take part in Barking and Dagenham Carnival 2025, and we’re already looking forward to continuing our work with them in the lead-up to Barking and Dagenham Carnival 2026!

A huge thank you to Redz from BDYD for coming in to deliver the session, your energy, encouragement and carnival spirit made it so special!
