We are so proud to show off our senior citizens who took part in the pre carnival arts workshops. They came to Barking and Dagenham Carnival with their carnival designs to enjoy the carnival. This is their very first experience of carnival and they loved it. They loved meeting our lovely mayor Cllr Donna Lumsden who welcomed them to the carnival.
