This week at our Thursday Mentoring session, we all celebrated one of our young peoples birthdays at UKON! Along with that, we had some new people and great families join us.

This week we had a steel pan workshop at John Smith House- it was wonderful! Seeing everyone so happy and dancing along to the music they created was great for all of UKON’s team members.

We received some amazing feedback from our attendees and we are now looking at developing a community Steel Pan Group in Barking and Dagenham. In the meantime come to Barking and Dagenham Carnival in the 8th of July to experience more Steel Pan
