We are delighted to share feedback we received from one of the young volunteers who attended the African and Caribbean Well Being Event which took place at The Barking Learning Centre last week, where we delivered careers and creative arts workshops to support well-being and bring the health service and the community together.

“My first time volunteering. Not only did I learn so much, but I also had a good time all thanks to the career guidance team and everyone else that I haven’t mentioned”.

Durinng the event we delivered our carnival mask-making and career guidance workshops for the attendees.

The event was fantastic, a huge well done to everyone involved.

We are delighted we can make a difference for our residents in Barking and Dagenham.
